Mc Dowell's Law

category national | crime and justice | opinion/analysis author Tuesday November 21, 2006 19:23author by Militant Milicent Report this post to the editors

The Right to Defend Property?

The Poker-wielding one: http://www.indymedia.ie/article/76928
has advanced the theory that a law will soon be launched to endow
the eunuchs of the nation the right to defence of property:
"Sure you cannot take it with you..."

This funny little law by the Minister for Injustice brings to mind the right of
all American Citizens to bear arms- and we can see how well that turned out.

He is holding 4% of the electoral mandate and a greedy FF party to ransom, but
unassuaged by this he intends to replace with whatever means the right to defend
propoerties. The electorate already gelded by the monster they have created would possibly
welcome a little 'small arms' action given the phallic quality of the gun and the notion
of acquiring sexual organs through means other than what they were born with.

'Oh please, Minister Mc Dowell give me the right to bear arms, I promise I'll
be very good and not use them at election time, when the paid minions you send
around looking for votes come rattling up the steps'

On a more serious note, a lot of Dublin is armed already, and quite a few deaths
have happened in the last few weeks, including a contract on a young Latvian
Mother which is being media- hyped into "foreigners should't bring their crime
with them'.

Mr Mc Dowell will be busy defending his properties in Ranelagh and Rooskey- its almost
like he is saying that the PPP will create more expensive living quarters for the
growing aspirational elite , whilst creating ghettoes for the impoverished.

Now thats some act to follow, though Enda Kenny does try very hard with his
notion of boot-camping the poor. Two men whose political policies have
alienated and dispossessed a generation are beating their hairy chests in the
run up to a contentious election. Knowing full well that lining the pockets of their
rich co-horts and the pension will see them adequately well-off until their deaths,
unless of course early retirment and a CEO job looks more lucrative.

The reality of how Boot Camps operate is vividly exposed in this case. Guards beat Martin Anderson and then forced him to inhale ammonia. The guards had said in an incident report that they used ammonia capsules five times on Anderson to gain his co-operation.

Ful story at link.

A nurse and seven former wardens of a boot camp for juveniles in Florida have been charged with manslaughter over the death of a 14-year-old inmate. Martin Lee Anderson died in January shortly after arriving at the camp.

While an initial post-mortem concluded he had died of a blood disorder, a second inquiry said he had suffocated at the hands of the guards.
