The morning the Judge heard legal submissions from the defence counsel regarding the admissability of evidence. She allowed Jean Allain to give evidence in the absence of the jury. After lunch, the Judge ruled that she will allow evidence from Kathy Kelly and Jean Allain but won't allow Jimmy Massey or Dennis Haliday to testify.
Court should be resuming in the next few minutes.
Court 23 if you are in the vicinity.
