so ICN stands for incognito eh? never realised that it was a graffiti crew because any time i seen it anywhere it else it wasn't sprayed it was just permanent marker scrawled on bins.

good pictures anyway though.

There is a lot of talent in the graffiti that these young people are drawing,give them a place were they can go out of public's eyes and let them do their drawings out of everyones way.
