PUBLIC MEETING - Limerick

The Anarchists Are Coming - Talk and discussion on anarchist ideas

Venue: Pery's Hotel, Glentworth St., Limerick
Date: Thursday 23 rd February
Time: 8 p.m.

*Anarchist books on sale

The WSM are holding a series of meetings around Ireland on anarchism. The aim is to let more people know about what anarchism stands for and to discuss how we can build for real change in the here and now. Meeting will be organised on an open format with a speaker on anarchism, to be followed by lots of time for discussion.

Leafleting for the Limerick Meeting will take place (this) Saturday between 1- 3 p.m. on O'Connell Street, Limerick. Come along and help out.

What are the WSM doing in Limerick I thought they only existed in Dublin

I believe that they have a branch in Cork and members dotted around the country.

Though, an actual WSM member could tell you more.

There are branches in Cork and Dublin and at the moment we are having a national speaking tour to try to expand outside of these cities. Limerick is the third event on it.

I attended this tonight with a few fellow students, was pretty good. Until the Socialist Youth member mentioned shooting people "for the revolution" ....

Was it limericks most infamous SY member by any chance? Can't wait until he figures out how to operate a gun, if he's half as prolific with one was he is with slimey emails recruiting teens we had all better watch our backs.
