some of the support has been surprising. we are very grateful.and the people
who have imported the save Tara Button. Back to court tomorrow and a public meeting for case
review at the Lia Fail, Sunday 5th March for case review. C Murray

The testimony of the expert witnesses was diallowed because it came under 'matters arising',ie new evidence. They were to testify that contrary to the State's evidence that no national monument was discovered ,there were two at barronstown and Collierstown, this would invoke a section 14(a)4 which would mean a complete cessation of works and a new EIS.
The Tara complex is not seen as one under the NMA1930-2004(as amended) and therefore there is no legislative protection for it.Will post a review of the case meeting asap.
Chris
Why were two expert opinions disallowed?
Is this case about saving government butts or saving Tara?
