Why is it Illegal to Burn a Koran But Fine for Pro-Hamas Protesters to Destroy a Union Flag? Mon Feb 24, 2025 15:21 | C.J. Strachan
Why is it illegal to burn a Koran but fine for pro-Hamas protesters to destroy a Union Flag? Why is one a "public order offence" and the other not? Because in two-tier Britain the one rule is that you can't upset Muslims.

Do not pass go.
Do not collect $600,000.
Galloway has announced that he's ready and waiting for a "perjury" case.

Costs? Since when does it require €5 per person to cover costs at a public meeting in a public hall? What sort of bollocks is this?
If you get 200 people (which is easily possible), that's €1000. You'll probably get closer to 500 people to hear this wingnut speak.
Since when does it cost that much to hire a public hall? Or is gorgeous george charging for his anti/war (book promotion) speeches now?
Obviously shitstirrer never organised anything, or would not have raised this question.
Galway Town Hall (capacity 400) is not a public hall, but a theatre & costs many hundreds to hire for a night.
George Galloway will not receive a fee, but as GAAW's guest will have his accommodation & travel costs from Dublin looked after
Posters, fliers, sticky tape and incidentals will probably cost another hundred
Whatever's left over after that will be given to Ploughshares' defence.
Satisfied?
There in the same boat (almost)? Both targets for alleged links to the Axis of Evil.
It's €14 to see Mr Galloway in Dublin in The Helix, think I'll take my chances on Galway if I can get there. €5 isn't a bad price for a Saturday night's entertainment.
