Poor people are going to die again.

This time "everyone" is going to do their best to avert apocalypse for the paycheck heads.

As as you'd expect, facing a category 5 hurricane, they've ordered evacuation of one million people.

And as you'll have learnt by now, everyone doesn't have a car to get out, and if you're very smart, you'll have realised that the rush on gasoline prices since Katrina didn't really help the poor folks stock up on fuel.

Indymedia Heuston is ready, they will bring the indymedia readers through it all, and have just compiled a special section on Katrina, since most of its refugees ended up in the Texan city. & yes, they are now being evacuated again.

Texas accounts for more Oil production in dollar terms than Lousiana accounted for Oil refining.
