One of the speakers will be Nuria Mustafa, an Iraqi exile based in Galway, who will speak about the situation in Iraq today. Harry Browne, a columnist with Village magazine, will join her on the platform. Browne is well known for his anti-war views. In 2003 he was dropped as a columnist by the Irish Times, a move widely regarded as signalling that paper's turn to the political right under the new editor Geraldine Kennedy.
