offsite link Losing to Win Thu Feb 13, 2025 14:00 | Dr James Allan
Sometimes politicians have to lose to win so the other side can show its true colours. Trump is the standout example, says Prof James Allan. Had he won in 2020, we would not have had the blitz of the last four weeks.

The last table quiz held by Seomra Spraoi took place at the Lower Deck Pub on 15 July. The quiz ended in a draw and so a dance-off was held. Here are exclusive pictures. At least one of those pictured here has emigrated to Scandinavia because of the shame of this spectacle.

I believe the above prices ($7/$5) are no longer valid. According to the poster about this cool pub quiz event and the talk around town among the happenin' people who are going along is that it will be 5/4. And of course, it won't be dollars, it will be euro. So that's five euro for waged people and four euro for unwaged people.
I just hope I get there early enough to get a table, because these Seomra Spraoi table quizzes are rockingly cool events.

Table quizes are all very well, but a touch staid. What about a benefit boxing match, or striptease?

Please libertarians, some fun, remember?
