Occupation of the Peace Park

“Art in the peace park.
Their motto is ‘Freedom of the artist to exhibit her/his choice, and the freedom of the public to choose.’
All the artist needs is public liability insurance, and a selection of works – and the courage to be truly free.”

Freedom?
Public liability insurance?

Here's a bit of spontaneity instead...

I'm lost..whats going on here?

Were the sailors preventing the musicians from sleeping in the park?

Why?

A green hole where a river sings;
Silver tatters tangling in the grass;
Sun shining down from a proud mountain:
A little valley bubbling with light.

A young soldier sleeps, lips apart, head bare,
Neck bathing in cool blue watercress,
Reclined in the grass beneath the clouds,
Pale in his green bed showered with light.

He sleeps with his feet in the gladiolas.
Smiling like a sick child, he naps:
Nature, cradle him in warmth: he’s cold.

Sweet scents don’t tickle his nose;
He sleeps in the sun, a hand on his motionless chest,
Two red holes on his right side.

Sailors should be allowed into the park. I can't understand the presence of the two sleeping gents, one with an American made Fender guitar that costs more than the average Mexican makes in 2 months. Perhaps they died of boredom.
