How the Italians voted and "not voted" across 2 days on the eggies.

category international | consumer issues | news report author Tuesday June 14, 2005 13:49author by iosaf Report this post to the editors

abstention reached an average of 75% (((see the potential of an anarcho-church alliance?)))

Here are the results of votes, that is to say the % of the electorate who were registered to vote who did so, province by province.
Using this list, we can quickly & promptly identify those provinces where blue flag beaches and a kicking good mass count for more than new fangled notions on the high-tech chicken baster designer kids for infertile people market.

The Pope is delighted.

We can now see that the real trouble makers are concentrated in the north west and Tuscany where Mr Blair goes on holidays around Bologna and Florence.

The Italians will now move progressively, to banning condoms, outlawing orgasms, herding up preverted types [sic], adopting african kids, & of course attending marches organised by the Spanish rightwing. BUT of course they won't relax, it doesn't really make much of a difference. It is now not only cool to "not vote" its HOLY.

Top analysts are this morning wondering, in the wake of the Europe No! what aspect of Eggies were the Italians "not voting" against?
Are the Italians still generally onside on the Eggie question? Is this stunning non-participation a sign of reduced satisfaction with the eggies? In what way can the public perception of eggies be improved to pass any future referendum?
Is democracy so undermined by the italian eggie vote that we can all go home now, set up little agrarian collectives and forget about technology?
Is this an italian luddite eggie swing?
or perhaps just weather induced apathy?
Are modern pro-eggy political parties doing enough to convince the electorate that eggies are the way to go?
Would bringing back the lira help the eggies?
