Greenpeace needs your photo to stop whales being hunted

Send your photo to Greenpeace to add your voice to the No Whaling Virtual March, June 19, Ulsan, South Korea. Your photo can save the whales!
Send us your picture now!
Send us your picture now!

2,137 whales will be hunted this year. On top of that the Japanese government is aggressively campaigning to lift the ban on commercial whaling.

In a few short weeks, on 19th of June 2005, the International Whaling Commission (IWC) will come to Ulsan, Korea, to decide the fate of the whales. We need the whole world to join Greenpeace and support whales by making sure that the Korean government does not follow the footsteps of the Japanese government.

It is impossible to bring you physically here, to South Korea, to fight together for the life of whales. But we can have you here, participating in the Virtual March.
Just send us a photo of yourself with a banner saying why you are against whaling. Your photo, together with thousands of others, will be published in our web site and, from the day the IWC meeting starts, projected on the walls of the building where the meeting will take place.

It’s vital that you click now. Our deadline is June 19, and we need many thousands of people to show their face. Together we can keep the whales alive!
