The Irish Anti Vivisection Society and the Alliance For Animal Rights are holding events to mark these important days in the anti-vivisection calendar. We are counting on your support to make an impact!

WORLD LABORATORY ANIMAL DAY 24TH APRIL 2005

On Sunday 24th April we will hold a peaceful
demonstration and distribute leaflets outside Trinity
College Dublin from 1-3pm
We hope that all those concerned about the suffering
of animals in Irish laboratories will attend and help
us tell the general public about the animals who live
and die every day in Irish universities, hospitals and
companies but are not openly spoken about. Such is the
secrecy surrounding animal experiments we cannot find
out exactly why over 52,000 animals were used in Irish
Laboratories in 2002......

THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT ISNT ADDRESSED ENOUGH IN IRELAND. WELL DONE IAVS AND AFAR. ITS GREAT TO SEE YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. PEOPLE NEED TO BE EDUCATED ABOUT THE BARBARIC PRACTICES TOWARDS ANIMALS IN LABORATORIES. ILL DEFINITLY BE THERE ON SUNDAY TO HELP. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK.

Im totally against vivisection, will definately see you all there.

I actually met Mr. Long and some activists from AFAR at a Bring & Buy sale last sunday for Dog Rescue Ireland. They were really nice, I encourage everyone to go to the demo.
