Federal Member Arrested For War Crimes
Last night a member of the Anti-terrorism Network walked onto the stage of a 'Meet The Candidates' meeting and placed Federal member Peter Dutton under "citizens arrest" for war crimes. Mr Jim Dowling then called upon the police officer present in the hall to take Mr Dutton into custody until such time as the charges could be heard.

To his surprise Mr. Dowling was himself approached by the police officer and asked to leave the hall. When Mr Dowling explained that he could not leave until his dangerous prisoner was taken into custody, the police officer placed him under arrest. Mr Dowling explained that Mr Dutton was guilty of war crimes under the Geneva Convention. the Nurembourg Principles and the Australian Anti-personnel Mines Convention, involving the murder of thousands of innocent civilians in Iraq.(see copy of attached Warrant). But to no avail. He himself was escorted away and charged with being a public nuisance.

Later Mr Dowling said, "If I am a public nuisance then what is Mr Dutton? He has conspired to illegally invade another country against the wishes of his own people, causing the death of tens of thousands innocent Iraqi civilians, continually lied about the conditions there to cover up his crimes, and defended the torture and illegal detention of Australia's citizens in Guatanamo Bay. This man is a public menace to say the least! I hope this can be sorted out when we go to court. I know Mr Dutton, having utter contempt for democracy and the principle of "Separation of Powers', has paid for billboards announcing "Police Support Peter Dutton". But I haven't seen any Billboards announcing 'Magistrates Support Peter Dutton' yet, so maybe the magistrates court will be able to sort out the real criminal here."

Mr Dowling goes to court on 7th October. A further date for the hearing is expected to be set on that date. He can be contacted on 00 61 7 4253003.
