On 5 February 2004 Professor Jeff Hearn from the Swedish School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland and University of Huddersfield, U.K. will present a seminar titled 'Gender, Violations and Organisations'

THE SEMINAR WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE SEMINAR ROOM, INSTITUTE FOR THE STUDY OF SOCIAL CHANGE (ISSC) BUILDING, UCD ( to the back of Car Park 5) AT 7:30pm.

Jeff Hearn will also host a seminar on his work at the Centre for Gender and Women's Studies at 9am on Friday 6th February.

Jeff is currently with the Department of Management and Organisation, Swedish School of Economics, Helsinki. He is the author of numerous books and articles, including Violences of Men: How Men Talk About and How Agencies Respond to Men’s Violence to Women (Sage 1999) and Information Society and the Workplace (with Tuala Heiskannen, Routledge 2003).
