The Limerick 95fm website reports that Eamonn Murphy tragically died yesterday: " It`s believed Eamonn Murphy from O` Malley Park died after falling while crossing a railway line.

It`s believed the anti-war protestor suffered head injuries.

His removal takes place tonight at half past seven from Thompson`s Funeral Home.

Mr Murphy will be buried tomorrow in Mount St. Oliver Cemetery after half past ten requiem mass in St. Munchin`s Church."
