Sinn Féin Launch New Website

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Friday July 18, 2003 11:56author by Justin Moran - Sinn Féinauthor email maigh_nuad at yahoo dot com Report this post to the editors

Sinn Féin has launched a new party website at www.sinnfein.ie. For the first time there is a complete list of all party elected representatives, all our policies are also available as well as campaign documents (Six County only at the moment), an improved newsroom service and calendar feature which will also provide audio and video material.

Comments welcome, flattery accepted, sectarian anti-Sinn Féin diatribes greatly enjoyed.

then you'll think that the 'parody' web site is hilarious. Otherwise it's the most ham-fisted, ignorant, cliched set of sneers that you're likely to come across.

Doesnt have a link listing all the trade unionists, anarchists, left social-revolutionaries and strikers shot while Trotsky was Commissar for War and Lenin was the head honcho.

the section

http://sinnfein.ie/join/

doesn't have links at the 'click here' commands (wouldn't like to see your membership falling) and a bit of font adjustment per chance? Also, maybe a Flash© diagram might add some life to the page? (check out our site below to see what I mean)

Anyway, well done on the site fellow Republicans,
Peace, Prosperity and Progress to you all.

Have you not seen the new logo on the website?

I know it changes more times than the Man. United football kit(no I'm not a fan) but it keeps those that are a dab hand at photoshop on their toes. ;)

I like that picture.

But yes, will Sinn Fein/IRA even mention any of the people it's killed down the years.

Oh okay then.

Question: will you have a link on your website with details of all the innocent civilians that the IRA murdered over the last 35 years?

To keep track of all the upcoming protests and actions especially the ongoing battle by CIE workers to prevent the privatisation of Dublin Bus, and on a directly related topic the big protests (Including a large march and a mass blockade of the summit at Dublin Castle) being planned against the WEF during their summit here in Dublin on October 20TH-21ST ("O20" or whatever you want to call it).

Regardless of the political differences I have to admit its a well designed site. Still a bunch of sellouts though ;-)

Ní fhaca mé an chéad uair é ach tá nasc ann chun an suíomh fheiceáil as Gaeilge chomh maith.
I didn´t see it the first time but there is a link to see the site in Irish aswell.

Deas chomh maith a fheiceáil go léiríonn muid ar deireadh ar an suíomh gur í "poblacht dhaonlathach shóisialach 32 Chontae" atá uainn.
Also nice to see that we finally state on the website that it's a "32-County democratic socialist republic" we're after.

I was just looking at the SY website yesterday thinking that it was better designed than the SF website.
Still no sign of an Ógra Shinn Féin link though, is there one under construction?

Comhghairdeachas ar aon nós!
