Sinn Fein and Bush

IRA finger up to Dictator Bush

The IRA and/or Sinn Fein are to be warmly congradulated on their refusal to partake in the attempted staging of the peace process finalle this week, starring the warmongers Bush and Blair.

A prominent northern journalist, and editor of Magill, writes today that it seems that Bush's visit had the opposite effect. Instead of the IRA running scared of Bush and his ultimatiums - they have done the opposite of what the US demanded.

I was very dissapointed with 'the Shinners' last week for meeting Bush in Northern Ireland but fair duse for this snub, intended or not, on the presidente and his poddle.

Now, give it a week or so and then put away those pesky guns.

Does anybody know what gerry actually said to George bush when he met him. Was it reported anywhere ? Whatever it was it didn't seem to have made a big impression.

Pat C you criticise any left group for the slighest appaerent digression (usually their offence is only in your mind). Yet you are still to criticise SF for meeting Bush and for taking money off big business!

It's the IRA who are the hypocrites. Every time they are asked to finally disarm, they respond with a fit of childish temper. What gives them the right to terrorise this island forever and a day? Who elected them? What have they achieved for this island in umpteen years? Bugger all, that's what.

Being a resident, I certainly don't want to see Northern Ireland return to the old ways, however even so it was immensly satisfying to see that Bush had no effect on the situation whatsoever, proving that his visit was indeed equivalent to a cheap circus act.

Adams welcomed Bush and Blair at a time whem the Bloody Sunday murderer, Mike Jackson, was leading the British army in the invasion of Iraq by Anglo-American imperialism. The Good Friday Agreement is Anglo-Ameican imperialism's plan to settle the Irish question. Sinn Fein and Fianna Fail are key collaborators in this plan to lock all Ireland into the Anglo-American orbit. Adams welcoming shows the true nature of the Good Friday Agreement. And Bush knows well what it means when he said it was the model for imperial settlement elsewhere. Naturally the Sinn Fein grassroots are upset and confused by all this. So the completion of the IRA surrender cannot take place at this time. But Bush's imperial envoy, Haass, is again in Ireland pushing the Adams' faction to accept the imperial settlement. Sinn Fein should relinquish the name Sinn Fein which once had a definite anti-imperial meaning, but which had now been prostituted by the provisionals.
