It's interesting how, in a democracy, a foreign government gets to decide who will rebuild your country. I'd no idea it worked like that. ;-)~
But never mind. If the ever prescient Mr. Ritter is correct, the anglo-americans will lose this war. Then maybe the Iraqi government can decide who will rebuild America.
