Why is it illegal to burn a Koran but fine for pro-Hamas protesters to destroy a Union Flag? Why is one a "public order offence" and the other not? Because in two-tier Britain the one rule is that you can't upset Muslims.

Mary Kelly calls for prosecution of criminals Ahern and Harney.

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Saturday March 22, 2003 20:05author by Andrew O Hanlon Report this post to the editors

On Radio Free Eireann, NYC today, axtivist Mary Kelly called on people to go into garda stations and demand that prosecutions be begun against the criminals Ahern and Harney for violation of Aricles 28 and 29 of the constitution. Ms.Kelly also said that the behavior of Sinn Fein was despicable and they did not have the courage of their convictions. She said that money was what was important for Sinn Fein and they were in the same camp as Ahern and Harney. Sinn Fein she said had told people not to go to the demonstrations at Shannon

Mary Kelly has an IQ of 58, she can barely read, I hardly think she is qualified to intrepret the constitution.

70 Irish attorneys recently issued a statement which said that allowing Shannon to be used in the Mass Murder is criminal. Where are these lawyers now? Are they scared of Ahern and his secret police, aka the Special Branch. Why is it left to Mary Kelly to try and bring the criminals, Ahern and Harney, before the courts? Issuing a statement is wonderful but lets see them back it up. If they really believe that Harney and Ahern are criminals they have professional, legal and moral duty to bring the lawbreakers to justice. Or was there statement just meaningless, feelgood posturing? Solidarity to Mary Kelly! May your spirit remain strong and thank you for afflicting the comfortable.

The statement from the lawyers was put on indymedia.ie but must be lost somewhere back down the Newswire. Perhaps someone could repost the url, or even the article.

I'm sure there must be rich pickings at a War Crimes Tribunal ..... we'll have to get one organised as soon as Justices Flood and Moriarty have finshed up their business ... the main thing will not to have anyone go to jail .... (except for Liam Lawlor who is used to a week inside at a time ....)
