Macron claims that Russia is an ?existential threat? to Europe. Yet his actions belie this. France has given Ukraine 12 times less aid than Denmark. And it's still importing billions of euros of Russian energy.

Taoiseach Accused Of acting in contravention of Constitution

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Sunday March 16, 2003 18:52author by James McKenna Report this post to the editors

Mary Kelly serves notice on Bertie

A faxed document was sent to An Taoiseach Bertie Ahern from a Solicitor representing Ms Mary Kelly, Nurse and Mother, who is currently before the courts in connection with alleged incidents at Shannon airport.

Ms Kelly stated that under Article 28.3.1 of the Constitution, a UN Resolution
was needed to launch a war of significant military action against the state of
Iraq in order to allow use of any Irish airport such as Shannon, or Irish
airspace or the expenditure of any State revenue for the purposes of any such
military action or war.

The actions of An Taoiseach ALREADY CONSTITUTE PARTICIPATION IN A WAR within the
meaning of Article 28.3.1.

Copies of this legal document have been sent to Minister for Foreign Affairs,
Brian Cowen, His Excellency, Ambassador of the Republic of Ireland to the USA,
and An Taoiseach Bertie Ahern prior to his meeting with President George Bush in
Washington yesterday.

Ms Kelly said “ I have asked my legal advisors to prepare for action if this
letter does not get an appropriate response”.

ENDS. For further info contact Mary Kelly at 087 963 8398.

Bush/Blair are going to rely on 1441 as legal cover for the mass murder. Ahern has said that a new resolution was 'imperative' for Shannon to be used if there is a war. Now watch Ahern backtrack and lie, and say that resolution 1441, passed unanimously by the UN gives the legal basis for war.

Article 28 3 1 says
"War shall not be declared and the State shall not participate in any war save with the assent of Dáil Éireann"

I do not see any mention of the U.N. in there do you?

Plus the Government has not brokern the law as the State has NOT declared war on any one!
Also is the State participateing in a war? NO
