I didn't vote for Bush, I can see a commander-in-chief starting a war when he's never been in one. He ducked his duty in "NOM" Very few Americans are for this "BUSH WAR" or Bush as a matter of fact, however through treachery and deceit and "goofing" the American people he managed to pull off this second term, unlike the first one that he totally lost by over a half a million votes. What is this world coming too?

I have a problem with the deletion of the first comment on this page.

Yes, the comment was highly offensive and not very well executed, but its removal, whilst leaving the posts that comment upon it, seems a bit silly to me.

In the meantime:
I will endeavour to stick to my own guidelines and principles. Feel free to knock me off my high horse whenever I do not.

... so many Americans love to come to Ireland and trace their Irish roots, even if their surname is Schmitt !

Ugly? If that's the best put down you can come up with then you have resorted to the tactics of the truly pathetic - i.e. trying to make the enemy inferior in some way other than the issue between yourself and them.

Dehumanising the oppostition is the way in which all forces that know they are doing the wrong thing eventually try to win the battle.

Keep it up folks. No one will notice and everyone is sure to be swayed by such a fine argument.

That last comment was a bit lacking in finesse but I agree in principle with most of it. Makes for a happier world.
