Jump To Comment: 1 2 3knocked out once again by the lovliness of the city of the tribes.....Way To Go GALWAY!!! Now, will you show Ennis how it's done? For all those who consistantly and by repute gave more than they took, everyone who worked as if nothing was good enough but one's very best effort, for all those who continued to put the welfare of others in front of their own wants and comforts, for all those who could not enjoy Paradise/Nirvana/Heaven knowing there were those who still suffered, OUR DAY HAS COME!!!! Now making peace and not war is cool. Now making music and not war is righteous. Now making love and not war is natural. Now making home and not dispossession is just. Now is the day when its okay to admit one is a humanitarian and a humanist. I love Michael D. Higgins and I don't care who knows it! He is a great man for Ireland, and all you Galwegians are lucky to have him!!!!
Now, let's get back to work!

So why hasn't that happened in Britain where there have been massive demonstrations since October 2001.....?
