From the excitement of court 46 this morning, here's the outcome... As always, the courts were buzzing with excitement this morning and of course the judge was really concerned with us as individuals - here is what she decided... Of four that I saw re: RTS May 6th (there could have been others), one had his two charges of drunk & disorderly and breach of the peace dropped, one had his breach of the peace remanded until April, one was asked to plead guilty to wrestling with a Garda and another charge would be dropped, he refused and his case is remanded until June in Court 50 where video evidence will be used and one had two charges against her dropped - D & D and breach of the peace with the charge of 'failure to comply with the directions of a garda' remanded until June to court 50 again for use of video evidence. Charges against the Garda for wrongfull arrest and assault can now be brought and two people will go ahead with this. |
