Car Free Day people in court soon

Update on people arrested on Sept 22nd last year

OK to my knowledge there were five people taken into custody on September 22nd last year during the Reclaim the Street/Street Football action at the south end of O'Connell St.

One of them, Ed Spudmonkey (sorry, dont know his real second name, he posts on thumped.com though if anyone needs to find him) was released without charge on the day after spending about three hours in a cell in Store St. Garda Station.

A second, Eamonn Kennedy, was before the courts already and was ordered to pay a contribution to the poor box. He has already done this but was summonsed back again for some bizarre reason/mix up. He explained how he had already paid, but somehow the charge had not been dropped due to a processing error. This appears to have been rectified now so hopefully he wont be getting any more hassle over it.

Wolfe Fishbourne (an IMC video journalist) and Paddy Baxter are both up in court in March as far as I know. Both are charged with various bullshit Public Order offences and I think Paddy might have a resisting arrest charge.

Again, if anyone has any photo footage or video footage from the day please get in touch. Paddy has video footage from Rowan, Wolfe, and William Campbell of the Critical Mass (check out his site against AA roadwatch and their broadcasts on RTE at http://www.aaroadwatch.net) but of course the more the better.

I dont know who the 5th person arrested on the day was (if they need help and you know who they are then get in touch).

As far as I remember there was 8 peeople arrested. Corperate press gave 6 names which did not include me.
Just for the record as far as I know 18 were arrested in the Burlington Hotel PPP Protest, there has been talk of "the Burlington 14" does this include Indymedia Cameramen and independents or just members of one group?
