Get real. This is still only a tiny portion of ex pow money that they haven't recieved for years compared to IRA and UVF/UDA prisoners groups. They sliced up the cake between themselves for years. As for CIA involvement it's mixers like "Anonymous for fear of shooting etc" that are putting the mix in. What's your real agenda?
