It's no coincidence that the head of the Shabak when that operation was being planned was Ya'akov Peri, who was subsequently appointed CEO of Israeli cell phone company Cellcom referred to in the above article.

The deafest people of all are the Israelis who continue to ignore numerous UN resolutions calling on them to pull back to the pre 1967 borders and end their occupation of the West Bank, not to mention their mass murder of Palestinians.

Cellcom, part of the isreali military industrial complex, make lip reading cellphones for deaf people as well as exploding ones for palestinians.
