Conflict will never be resolved through military force and talking of peace has no lasting value. You can have a thousand peace conferences and the impact won't last long. Conflict will only be practically resolved by creating coherence in every country. This may be difficult to understand, but it is easy to achieve.

$1392.16 is to be spent in 2003 per capita in the U.S. for war preparations (“defence” spending). Only need 55 cents per capita to pay 8000 Yogic Flyers to counteract these warlike tendencies AND to protect the nation.
