RE:Nice II – The Empire Strikes Back?

No shit there has been nothing posted about a YES vote on the Indymedia because it is over. And the people of Ireland have voted yes. Most of the people who visit this Indymedia site are anti nice and anti government etc (just selfish bastards). And aren’t getting enough attention in there everyday life so they need to come on here to get it. Grow up. I heard somebody say that RTE were giving unfair coverage to the YES campaign. But just look at this site, all you see is NO NO NO. People who are not anti government or anti nice do not visit this site it’s not Independent. IT all ways takes the view of the odd ball. Maybe coz it’s run by odd balls. Get over it the people have voted and they voted YES

Where were you the FIRST time the people voted? They voted NO. Don't remember you coming out to defend their democratic decision.

Anyway Indymedia is alternative media. The establishment media is full of the Yes gloating and was full of Yes during the referendum so we need an alternative. That's why we have Indymedia.

It is ignorant, uninformed, immature, attention-seeking people like you that make life such a challenge.

challenge is good . We all can t get everything so easy in life.

You know most of the people who contribute to a site like this are people who are angered by reading mainstream media, and/or angered by the state of the world. They know that all is not as it appears in the mainstream press. Most of these people simply want a better world (for all). You don't have to agree with this point of view but at least you should attempt to understand that alternative viewpoints/ ways of life are not BAD.

Saying no to Nice - how bad is that? We've lived all our lives without Nice, it's not as though Nice is the Holy Grail that we've all been waiting for all our lives.
