Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4The agreed EU position is that individual countries can sign an agreement with the US that they won't extradite US citizens to the ICC if the US agrees to try them at home. It still undermines the ICC of course, but not as blatantly as the US article suggests.
Im pissed off to read this - this is an outrage.
The US talks about terrorism - from whos point of view - they can do anything they want and not even have to take responsibility now.
