The Covid Inquiry's presumption that the vaccines were safe and effective is like the Post Office Inquiry presuming that Horizon was reliable, say Ben Kingsley and Molly Kingsley. It compromises the entire enterprise.

President Trump can topple the Paris Climate Agreement house of cards by putting energy policy on a sound and rational footing. Indeed, says Tilak Doshi, any nation doing the same would reject the climate change hobgoblin.

Revolutionary Republicanism -

category national | anti-capitalism | opinion/analysis author Thursday March 21, 2013 23:47author by Ardoyne Republican - Republican Network for Unity (RNU) Report this post to the editors

RNU Path to Irish National Liberation

The Republican Network for Unity (RNU) launched it's new Constitution and radical Policy Paper; 'Revolutionary Republicanism' on Tuesday 19th, March 2013 in central Belfast. The publication sets out the Revolutionary Party's alternative proposals to the failure of constitutional Nationalism and suggests a clear and viable way forward for those who still propose National Liberation & Socialism as the real cure for Ireland’s ills

The well-researched policy document centres on the fundamental truth; 'that the only natural and progressive setting in which the Irish people can exist is one of complete Self-Determination'.

‘Revolutionary Republicanism’ explains the need to pursue a process of ‘National Liberation’ in order to take back Ireland and establish true freedom and Socialism in Ireland. The RNU publication explains in detail why in order to achieve this end, a process of prolonged revolutionary struggle must occur, around which there can be no shortcut.

‘Revolutionary Republicanism’ explains how, Irish Republican Socialists must earn the trust of the Irish Working Class before we can expect them to be convinced of our arguments. Furthermore it sets out in clear terms just how we intend to organise and fight in everyday struggles alongside our communities in order to achieve the trust of the people and help them to take their country back.

‘Revolutionary Republicanism’ is the second part of twin documents which include the previously released ‘Standing outside the Peace Process’, a Republican Socialist critique of what is commonly referred to as the ‘Irish Peace Process’. RNU intend to travel to the towns, cities and parishes of Ireland and explain it's positive message of Revolutionary Republicanism to both the Republican grass-roots and the as yet un-politicised Irish public.
