I'm calling on everyone to support the Vita Cortex protest outside the Dáil on Thursday 12th January at 1.00pm been organised by SIPTU's Manufacturing Division. What is happening to the Lagan Brick and Vita Cortex Workers will happen to many other Workers very soon unless strong action is taken immediately! It's encouraging to see the start of a militant fightback in the Private Sector, as up to now it was only Workers in the Public Sector who'd taken any form of even token action, and even that was used by the right wing as a 'salami tactic' to divide Private against Public Sector, but thanks to the Lagan Brick and Vita Cortex Workers we can Unite Private and Public Sector together, and I salute the Workers in both factories for their brave and strong stands. |
