In an article in the "Sunday Tribune" on 25th July 2010, Conor McMorrow wrote about the "parachute candidate". The question that can now be asked is what the future holds and what is going to happen to the Labour Party in Sligo/N Leitrim, now that the general public and the dogs in the street, are aware that all is not well within the local party.? what a way to start an election campaign.
What if anything is going to happen?

Mustafa Barghouti MP writes about the pressure that once again is being imposed on the palestinian people to enter into so called Peace Talks. Dr Barghouti believes that such talks without a clear agenda, timetable or without a binding mechanism for implementation will result in a betrayal of the Palestinian People. Full article at link.
