An Australian court finds that the existing drug laws, by reversing the onus of proof, violate the presumption of innocence. But all convictions stand. Yassamine Mather interviews Mohammad Reza Shalgouni in the article below. Mohammad is a founder-member of the Organisation of Revolutionary Workers of Iran (Rahe Kargar) and has been a leader of the organisation for many years. Mohammad spent nine years as a political prisoner in Iran under the shah and today is an active supporter of Hands Off the People of Iran. In this interview he sstresses the need to oppose Imperialism as well as opposing Ahmadinejads regime. Full text at link. Top Orangeman will contest poll for BNP Irish News, 26 March 2010 by Barry McCaffrey The Orange Order has refused to disassociate itself from a leading member who is due to stand as a BNP candidate in the Westminster election. Yesterday the order was widely criticised after calling on members to protest against Pope Benedict's visit to England in September. Last night it emerged that Nick Blake, a district master of the Orange Order in Devon, had been selected to stand for the far-right British National Party.
