Irish Minister for Defence Willie O'Dea admits making false and deflamatory statments against Limerick Sinn Fein Councillor Maurice Quinlivan. Minister O'Dea also admitted making false stements in evidence to the High Court in an earlier action, when he falsely denied having made these statements. The truth is out! Those who revealed that the Israelis were harvesting the organs of palestinians were denounced as anti-Semites. But now Dr Jehuda Hiss, former head of Israel's Abu Kabir forensic institute has admitted its true. The Israeli military say they stopped doing this a decade ago. Who would believe them? Full text at link. Israel has admitted that in the 1990s, its forensic pathologists harvested organs from dead bodies, including Palestinians, without permission of their families. The issue emerged with publication of an interview with the then-head of Israel's Abu Kabir forensic institute, Dr Jehuda Hiss. The interview was conducted in 2000 by an American academic, who released it because of a huge controversy last summer over an allegation by a Swedish newspaper that Israel was killing Palestinians in order to harvest their organs. Each day that goes by, the gap between the protesters and the leaders of the ‘green movement’ increases. The statements of Moussavi, Khatami and Karroubi expressing allegiance to Khomeini will not go down well with many of their own supporters. Moussavi is clearly concerned that he is losing control of the protests, as he keeps warning everyone about the threat of “radicalism”. On Monday December 15 he said: “If people’s questions were answered and they were not confronted violently, we would not see some of the controversial moves today ...
