The jury in the trial of Oxford anti-war activists Phil & Toby has now been out for over 8 hours in deliberation on a verdict. The trial arises from the arrest of Toby and Phil in March '03 as they went equipped to disarm a U.S.B 52 Bomber at RAF Fairford (England).
