the Hang Seng as the monopoly board out east is known, is set to continue tumbling after the resignation of the head honcho after 8 years at the top, when he took over from whomever took over from the British who tired of the smack/opium trade and jockeys club and antennas in kowloon sent weak and ineffectual prince Charles out to get photographed alone under the union flag as it came down. After only 19 months as Pressie, Carlos had a think about it last night and announced via telly, that just can't go on. He'll do the official signing off bits in the congress later today.
