Fine Gael has called on the Government to introduce a five point plan to cut A&E attendances by up to a 1/3. The plan which includes penalizing people who attend A&E units and also happen to be drunk, may put lives at risk.

It was a war of course. It was a war, and the aim was to depose the Taliban regime, replacing it with a different one. Lots and lots of people died in the process.
