national / miscellaneous / news report Sunday July 28, 2002 23:50 by Paul Kinsella
Here is more scary stuff coming from the EU that I came across on the Internet. This certainly should give us all real case for concern. Coz if they're right about what they're saying, and having carefully read and re-read this article 4 times, I can't dispute what they're saying, then if we don't reject this Nice Treaty again this time around then we're on the slippery slope to a militaristic EU dictatorship. This should galvinise all of us in our various Anti-Nice campaigns to go all out and defeat Nice yet again this time round. Coz our civil liberties and our futures are at stake. read full story / add a comment

Hello Irlande, My name is Shamir Ariz and I am an Iraqi exile just recently arrived in your country. As you can see I am an Iraqi exile and therefore I am bitterly opposed to the brutal and autocratic regime of Saddam Hussein. However I know that the US and British plan to invade our country is just an imperialist exercise to gain control of our country's oil reserves that will be an unmitigated disaster and will end in humiliation for Britain and US. Please I beg you to do everything in your power to stop this madness now! read full story / add a comment

In it the Minister's Private Secretary explains why we're refueling US war planes at Shannon, why the so-called "war on terrorism" is legal and generally okay, and how our government feels about Iraq. read full story / add a comment
