Dublin City Council will be introducing Pay by Use/Volume System for household waste from 1st January 2005. This system is designed to benefit the environment by encouraging housholds to reduce, reuse and recycle their waste materials and present theirs bins or bags for collection when they full. It quite simple - the less you throw away the less you pay!!! There are also wavier systems in place. Venezuela prosecutor feared dead

A key state prosecutor may have been killed in a double explosion in his car in Venezuela, officials fear.
Police are carrying out tests on the dead driver of a jeep that blew up in a suburb of the capital Caracas.

Tomorrow President Chirac visits the UK for two days most british and french mainstream media organs look at the relationship between the two EU members with nuclear capability.

Chirac has confirmed that even though Blair is "supine" (one of three positions in which the body is laid flat upon the ground the others being prostrate and prone) in it's attitude to Washington, he still likes Mr Blair and has a photo of his young son Leo.
The same Leo who "someone" shopped for being drunk and disorderly years ago on Whitehall after a RTS! event.
