Indymedia has a huge amount of pages on it's group projects and processes at http://docs.indymedia.org they are made on a twiki (see twiki.org) which allows many people to edit one document.

I have tried to follow that example to make a photo help page http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Main/PaulCummins which would end up looking something like this http://www.redbrick.dcu.ie/~chewy/temp/photohelp.html read full story / add a comment

Social and environmental justice groups have been campaigning against the shadowy Article 133 Committee for many years now.

The way the Committee works is that the EU Council Of Ministers votes either by a Qualified Majority (QMV) or by unanimity (each Member State has a veto) to give the unelected EU Commission the power to open international trade negotiations in this or that sector of the economy.
