The Schools Against War group in Belfast have got a website up an running to facilitate resources for any students wanting to build anti-war groups on the ground in there schools. On Democracy Now! today Robt. Fisk said that Bush and Blair were small, pathetic strutting men, who had no experience of war. War is not about defeat or victory but about death, he said. On the same programme, Chris Hedges, New York Times, said that war is death, and that flagwaving and patriotism was necrophilia. He said the Press was using jingles and cliches from the Govt. 'Shock and Awe'was a euphemism for mass murder of civilians. Fisk said that Bush's speech was a lie because there could not be a viable Palestinian state, because of the extent of Israeli settlements.
