The false sense of security of the internet has been completely overturned by the latest security bug to be discovered. A bug in the popular OpenSSL library used by many of the most important and frequently used server sites on the net allows arbitrary chunks of memory to be read remotely from user machines and servers, possibly containing very sensitive data, user tokens, bank details, emails and passwords.
