'Route Irish' a feature length essay film on the history of anti-war movement in Ireland from 2002-2007 will screen at King Street Arts ( http://www.kingstreetarts.com ) during the West Belfast Feile. The screening will take place on Tuesday 5th August at 8pm. The filmmaker will be in attendance to introduce the film and chat about it afterwards. The Iraqi Freedom Congress held the first conference of its Babylon chapter in the city of Alexandria on May 10, 2008 . The event was attended by 79 delegates from the cities of Alexandria, Jabala, Hilla and Kifl. A group campaigning against the Lisbon Treaty has claimed that people are being kept ignorant about what is in the treaty. The People Before Profit Alliance has launched its campaign calling on people to vote No in the upcoming referendum.
