the guy who was arrested and charged for doing a handstand at reclaim the streets had his charge dropped last thursday. because he had not been brought before the court within thirty days of being charged the judge dropped the charge (on the 31st day!). the charge can still be resurrected by the gards. it would have been an interesting case though as he was in fact doing yoga (more of a headstand than a handstand)and as far as i know yoga has yet to be criminalised in ireland. ... read full story / add a comment
