we have completed a graphological analysis of the signatures of pleni-potentaries of the member states of the European Union to the Amsterdam Treaty. [http://www.europarl.eu.int/topics/treaty/pdf/amst-en.pdf ] the signatures show signs of stress and reduced motor ability, also the indefinition of letters and size of handwritting suggests inflated egos and insincerity. The reduced eye hand co-ordination motor disability could be caused by 1. onset of Parkinsons 2. alcoholic abuse 3. abuse of alkoloid drugs (cocaine, amphetamines).
