Fianna Fáil and the Green Party have submitted exclusive articles to represent each side of the vote. Will we ratify or reject Nice? Is it even constitutional to re run the same treaty that we already rejected? Luke 'Ming' Flanagan, the well known cannabis legalisation campaigner, has also sublitted an article for our feature of the month.
