don't mention the war ... or else

category national | miscellaneous | news report author Tuesday August 13, 2002 10:23author by don't mention the war ... or else Report this post to the editors

The defence secretary, Donald Rumsfeld, has complained: "If people start treating war plans like they're paper airplanes and they can fly them around this building and throw them to anyone who wants them, I think it's outrageous. It's inexcusable and they ought to be in jail."

Greetings!

Comments from a fly on the wall;
In case anyone is confused:

The recent break with Regime policy by Armey and Barr is not real. It's disinformation designed to demobilize any possible immediate opposition to the impending invasion of Iraq.

The Bush poll numbers are as Fake as Nixon on a $3 bill. It's psy-ops propaganda. His real numbers are about 38-40% and dropping. He's vulnerable on the Iraq question and the economy. Any public awareness campaigns directed at the general public should focus there.

Plans have been made for war [the plan that mentioned landing troops in the cities is more disinformation; they'll go in from the Kurdish area of Turkey after some decoy attacks on the coast near Basra and Kuwait [reminiscent of the Gulf War strategy, where the decoy attack was supposed to be an amphibious landing in Kuwait but the real attack came from inland Saudi Arabia] {wondering if they'll set up a Kurdish puppet state in northern Iraq and 'relocate' the Turkish Kurds in return for the full support of the Turkish government in the invasion}].

If a lot of people don't get out into the streets and seriously raise a ruckus, there will be war next month or in October [guessing it should be about October 20th, but they may wait until about Nov 4th to take advantage of a new Moon].

Whatever folks plan on doing to protest the coming war, start now and keep it up. Get the message out to the greatest number of people possible and try not to break too many laws in the process.

BTW: Don't be surprised if, in the middle of large street protests against the war [or any other big trouble for the Regime], there's a terrorist attack [or a near-attack "thwarted at the last minute by our heroic [heil!] Homeland Defense Troops" on the Golden Gate Bridge or a similar high-profile West-Coast target. There's been a lot of psy-ops hot air from DC and Atlanta on this subject for several months now.

If you can only bring this pack of bandits down [impeachment would be nice, but the Serbian or East German scenario would be a last resort; hopefully no major violence], when you learn the real truth about what they've been up to it'll make the craziest rumors on the web look tame by comparison.

Sorry about the lack of documentation, but good sources are hard to come by and it's not a good idea to get them in hot water or worse for 'leaking'.

Cheers.
