This steel seige weapon will stop Gazaians from using their tunnels to get food and supplies into Gaza from Eygpt and will certainly increase the death rate on the palestinian people living in Gaza.
The Nuremburg Trials (1945) chaired by U.S. judge Jackson says that the planning and doing of aggressive war is the supreme international crime on the planet earth, because it actuates all other crimes high, low, big, and small. He further says that it is the supreme international crime whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it. If Eygpt goes ahead with the tightening steel underground siege weapon, it will therefore be a war crime against the people of Gaza, because that Steel weapon is the planning and doing of Aggressive War on an innocent people.
