Swords Fundariser for Seed

Seed are hosting a fundraiser in Swords, Friday, 22nd May.

MESCALITO (www.myspace.com/mescalitoband) & FUNDAMENTAL BEATS

Venue: Lord Mayors pub, Main Street Swords.

10 euro waged
5 euro unwaged

Doors open 8pm

'' Seed is a platform for learning and sharing positive, alternative and radical ideas and opinions with others in an open and communal environment. We exist to build the sense of community that has been lost through consumerism, property speculation and commercial development. Discussions are open to anyone and everyone is encouraged to participate. It is also a fun place to open up.

We encourage debate and activism. We discuss community building, political ideas, spirituality, the environment and economics amongst other things. The term 'Collective Individualism' would best describe Seed's ethos.

Hope the fundraiser went well :) I totally support your initiative and hope it spreads countrywide-we need more of this kind of activity if Ireland is ever to recover its sense of community again.
